PEGRAP32.DLL can go into any directory (Windows/System preferred)

If not enough libraries, please let me know.  The graphing files
(Pegrap32.dll and Pegraphs.hlp) are from a reliable software business.
The graphing .DLL is a fully-functioning demo...which will explain
the telephone number at the bottom of a graph.  The telephone number
is from the creator of the graphing .DLL.
